The vehicles keep you warm

Cons

Unsafe Expectations Poor communication between managers Site leadership often berates employees in front of other team members Thermal Events (This is how they referred to the vehicles spontaneous combustion) Unprofessional Management Lots of Office Gossip Managers have openly spoken about safety standards being ignored

Pros

- awesome company with accelerated growth - Great culture, fantastic people - company has more doubled in size 2020 and continues to grow rapidly

Cons

- There is always more to do and if you keep doing it, the work wont stop. That being said there is an unlimited vacation policy and you are encouraged to use it
