Good culture, shaky stability and leadership challenges

Great values and mission, they keep true to keeping to what they stand by. Culture is fun and teams are very innovative.

Cons

Shaky stability with turnover of middle management and layoffs. Worried with the lack of marketing innovation, understanding of opportunities and cohesive direction. I believe this is a direct leadership issue, not staff, for not taking needed ownership of the role and seeing the connection of the opportunities.
