Cons

Inconsistent policies, employees who complain seem to get their way, sometimes seems that things can be a little unfair just to avoid conflicts or complaints.

The IT department was able to support the distributed worldwide organization in a very efficient manner. Projects were properly prioritized, resources carefully assigned and deadlines tightly managed.

Cons

Like many IT shops, including legal, the teams are running lean and current and future skill development may suffer.
