Pros

Great PTO and benfits. A lot of work to be done.

Cons

Poor management that doesn't know what you do or care to know what you do. They are cheap and will keep your wages low. Will reject ideas and ways to do your job better. Again, they don't know what you do. I put in my two weeks and they refused to pay me out my last two weeks. Instead, they released me that day and didn't pay me for my two weeks. Why even bother putting in your two weeks if they don't respect it. Stay away from this company.

Pros

Better pay than most of the country for this role but that's not saying much considering how criminally low healthcare support role pay is throughout the rest of the country.

Cons

A toxic workplace where harassment is common with incompetent management that not only won't do anything about it but also actively protect workers who make the workplace hostile. No real communication or honesty just gaslighting and misleading bordering on straight-up lies. If life wasn't so expensive and I didn't have to work to survive I would have quit 6 months ago but alas i am stuck here till I can find a new job.

Pros

Pay, that’s all you’ll get from this organization. They will pay you well, but you won’t receive empathy, compassion, the feeling of being respected as a leader yourself.

Cons

The opportunity for growth is null and void, it’s all in who you know. Don’t get on anyone’s bad side because that’s all it takes! They don’t give you many opportunities to move around you have a better option to move out. For insurance purposes you can only see a provider at MAYO. Everybody else is out of network unless you do your homework, and at any given moment a provider can be snatched. Leadership looks down on you as if they are better than you, no one if friendly this environment is not one you’d want to work in daily.
