      * World-class reputation * Brightest minds and leaders in the provider community * Excellent resources and tools -- you just need to know where to find them

      * Diversity (lack of) * Rigid and formal culture * No motivation or incentives for management to address bad apples in the crowd

      Pros

      Great work enviroment. Management supports the emplyees. Benefits, especially healthcare is amazing. My child had over $100k in medical bills first year of life and we were given paid family time off to be with him and only $1500.00 out of pocket for us. Very supportive enviroment.

      Cons

      If you are in the medical field, there are many positions available and ability to move around is good. If you are in a different career field other than a healthcare provider you are low on the pecking order. Flexibilty of non health care workes schedule is limited compared to healthcare providers.
