Great "starter job"

Pros

Good people to work with. They don't fry food, so you don't smell funny when you go home. No crazy hours (don't serve breakfast or alcohol, so you're not there at the wee hours of the morning).

Cons

Some of the people can be tough to deal with, but it's nothing that you wouldn't find at any other restaurant. There's always going to be rude people no matter where you go.

Pros

Pro: pay is scale and has benefits the food is good and you can be proud of the portions offered for the price you have lots of freedom to gear your stores marketing toward your areas needs lots of community involvement

Cons

Con: (corporate franchise owners) Bad Management training- they promote due to need not ability. Corporate Red Tape- everything done in triplicate and for no apparent purpose. Lots of talk, not much action- problems get talked about but never resolved (health code issues, worker issues, management issues, building maint issues, etc) Lots of turnover due to the above as well as other things.
