Very good company for long term growth potential as an individual, both with your career and your finances. If you are struggling performance-wise, they give you a fair shot and time period to turn it around instead of just firing you like at some other GC's. ESOP is structured by design to reward people who are in it for the long haul. Company has very healthy balance sheet. Company aims to keep people with less than <5 yrs tenure within similar pay ranges for respective titles, I think this is to give everyone new as fair of a shot as possible and avoid nepotism hires.
