      Pros

      Executive leadership is great and supportive, HR is helpful and responsive, good wellness program.

      Cons

      Executive leadership advocates for Project Engineers and promotes Project Engineer development; however, (at the project level) development and promotion is not encouraged. There is a gap between what is being promoted by executives and at the project level. The most important thing is face time, meaning, how long you sit at your desk. It feels like a "good boys club". At the project level, there is a lot of resistance to using technology. There is NO work-life balance. I "worked" (sat at my desk) 60+hours/week.

      Pros

      If proactive there are opportunities for learning, leadership, and skill building. The benefits are decent and there are opportunities to travel with the company.

      Cons

      Depending on who you work under/with the work environment can be cut throat and toxic.Some superintendents will take on a "by any means necessary" mentality to get a project done on time for their savings and early completion bonuses. Consequently influencing a job site to cut corners, endorse toxic behavior and take short cuts.

      The Team Work and Safety (Task Hazard Analysis) are unmatched. Great 401k w/ good benefits.
