Pros

Great pay! Amazing benefits! Decent work/life balance.

Cons

Chaotic senior leadership. Incredibly stressful environment. Little accountability or ownership. Lots of passing the buck. No investment in necessary technology, reporting, resources to get the job done. Abusive clients. Leadership and sales bend over backwards to meet clients demands, even when they have nothing to do with the originally agreed-upon contract, resulting in unmet expectations and overworked, strung out program and account managers.
