Pros

Portico is a small company and an easy place to make your mark. Also, they pay rather well for a small company.

Cons

Portico expects their people to work long hours and travel frequently on small salaries with nearly no compensation. Compensation for tons of over time comes in the form of a percentage of one of many factors reviewed on an annual basis. Many of the employees at Portico do not have the technical skills that they should to do their job. Most of the support department doesn't have advanced knowledge of how to operate their computers, let alone how the product works. Many of the client services developers are years behind on the latest technology and standards.
