      Some Verticles don't know what they are doing or where they are going.

      Pros

      Good health and wellness benefits. There are opportunities to work remotely. Some flexibility with hours. Middle managers who actually care about their teams.

      Cons

      Company has layoffs every year at the end of fiscal year in March. Some departments are sinking faster then the Titanic because of bad decisions made by upper management so they are having mass lay offs. Pay is lower than other companies. Raises are very minuscule...it's mainly a cost of living adjustment.

      Pros

      Great Software, Great people, fair compensation, Good work/life balance. I would go back for the right opportunity.

      Cons

      If you're great at your job, you may have trouble getting promoted. There's a lot of internal process and paperwork and more micromanagement than one should have to endure.

      Pros

      Fabulous benefits! Lots of opportunities for advancement because of the size of the organization. When you are ready for a new challenge there are many directions to turn. Great forward thinking management. Open to innovation. Many remote/telecommuter positions available.

      Cons

      Unspoken expectations to work more than 45 hours/week but so far it has not been stated. If you are productive in your work day you will be fine.
