ICARE Principles are a joke. Just a lie they tell the customers, and something to hold over employees heads. Management is the most siciopathic, narcissistic bunch to ever darken the earth. They need you to do the job but treat you like they hate you. CEO makes 50 million a year. Quality sucks. Can't wait for the customers to catch on and move their business to Cardinal or Ameriscorce

Great people - my team both direct and cross-functional are wonderful. However, the culture has changed significantly - its not the company I started at 5 years ago.

Cons

The company is great if you're looking to go to Texas. Those of us in California need to consider moving on. There's been a shift the culture and values where now employees are no longer important.

- Such a boring company, not for young people and creative minds. This company is filled with people that have worked there for years and are not open to new ideas. - No Room for growth - Employees clearly dont follow the Values of the company. I have seen numerous times where employees have left nasty comments about the LGBT community on LGBT related articles on our website - No culture, boring culture
