Pros

Ability to work from home; stock purchase plan for employees. Match charitable contributions.

Cons

Horrible management from managers to Group President level - thriving products, services and BU's run into the ground due to continued bad management. Employees are running out of the door as fast as they can. No ability to move up, much less make a lateral move. Lateral move for senior employees requires a 20%+ pay cut due to "new" job families and pay rates. No appreciation for employees overall, much less long term ones.

Pros

The people, daily challenges which helped with growth and confidence. Learning systems and being able to express opinions.

Cons

I was there over 15 years, and sadly the last 5 of them saw too many negative changes. Poor Management, company clearing hundreds of billions yearly, but Merit Raises become almost nonexistent, their benefits packages for medical and pharmacy really went down the tubes, and cost was ever increasing.
