Comfortable working environment, the people are great to work with overall

Cons

The company does not look after their colleagues. You are made to go above and beyond with no real recognition. If you are not apart of the senior leadership team or above, you have no real benefits or say. They ask how they can improve but don’t take into consideration the suggestions they receive from the workers. They sugar coat the truth and colleagues feel demotivated and lack passion to do the work as there is no career progression or recognition.

If you are stuck in a department , you may not be able to advance as there are many politics within the team to suppress your wish to advance no time to take personal time it is always exerting yourself to exhaustion but not being acknowledged for it
