      Great company to work for, if you are not in the IT divison.

      Pros

      Great company. They take good care of the employees. They are nice bonus package and benefits. They offer good perks too.

      Cons

      The IT organization sucks. The IT folks are really poor in running the prganization. They have a lot of dummy postions who dont do the real work and they let go the people who actually do the work, when they want to do cost savings. Every other year there is a re-organization in IT. CIO is nice but folks under him are arrogant and tey dont know what they are doing.
