Pros
McK is very involved in the community. They gave away a lot of money and encouraged us to volunteer and/or donate to many different groups in the community. If you don't like change and you want to just work your 9-to-5 job, this is the place for you. It's good steady work and you know the company will be there for a long time.
Cons
Middle management is mediocre at best. While communication is good from upper-upper management, communication from middle management can be non-existent. There is little to no career advancement, I was there for almost 7 years and only 2 people in my entire department were ever promoted. It's commonly known that if you want to move up at McKesson you must first leave and come back at a higher level.
