Pros

Good people, flexibility (work remotely), good products and management that listens and is willing to change. Compensation is only average.

Cons

If you don't like management, just wait a bit, it's always changing and there will be another next "great" idea.

Pros

Ability to work from home. Flexible schedule at times. Satisfaction that the work is meaningful.

Cons

Work life balance could not be worse. 60+ hour work weeks are the norm with 80 hours not uncommon. No comp time or other compensation for the long hours. While the working from home is a nice benefit you are forgotten about and there is no recognition of the work you do. The product is awful. Very buggy and impossible to install.
