      Pros

      Great benefits package. Good flexibility (schedule) Good work life balance for family. Pay is ok but could be a bit more competitive.

      Cons

      If you are a man, you will have a tough time advancing. In current department, there are no men in leadership. Department is run by women and there are a few token males (less than 10) but forget trying to get ahead. I have watched them promote people who have been with the company less time than I have been (one of them I trained!) Pay needs to be more competitive with the high cost of living in this area.

      Pros

      I am nearly at a complete loss here. If it weren't for a few great coworkers, I could not have endured all these years.

      Cons

      You can hemorrhage massive amounts of blood for this place and receive no recognition what-so-ever for years on end. Worse, you may actually be persecuted for being a high performer! Anyway, only stick, no carrot: there is no place to move either laterally or upwards leaving you to wonder why you bother at all.
