Pros

Unfortunately, I do not have any good feedback about this company.

Cons

No job security, company offshores many positions leaving employees wondering when they will lose their positions.

Pros

Great people, great work atmosphere, in my case management did an excellent job of not micromanaging me. Was able to work the hours I was expected to work but wasn't "yelled" at if i showed up at 850 instead of 830...was just expected to stay later.

Cons

Company is so big that you are just a blip on the radar. Hard to get promoted and even those that do get a small raise in most cases. Some products are not ready to be in the open market but are being put in anyway

Pros

Very relaxed environment. You can do 10% better than everyone else and look like a star because their are not a lot of overachievers here. If you want a job that you can do day in and day out for the rest of your life and not have high expectations this is the place for you. The building is a nice place to work. Employees are very nice and easy going. Excellent work life balance.

Cons

Its like the government, its hard to get in but once you are in people just stay. Which makes for a lot of dead weight. Management is only promoted because they have been with the company for a long time. They don't have any business acumen or professionalism. Upper management doesn't communicate enough or effectively mainly because manager don't know how and dont give the effort. A lot of people are unhappy but just like to go to a place where a lot is not expected of them.
