      Pros

      Good benefits, competitive pay (but on the low side of the range). Upper management communicates well. Concerted effort to train/advance employees. Good work/life balance. Annual employee satisfaction survey and company endeavors to respond in concrete ways. Encourages employee engagement in charitable work and company is active in charitable functions as well. Company encourages ethical, responsible behavior with zero tolerance of illegalities.

      Cons

      No loyalty to lower-level employees. They clean house about every 18-24 months of "undesirables" then turn around and replace them. Company is top-heavy with executives. Requires too high education level for the job.

      Pros

      There are no pros at this company. Management does not live to ICARE principles they expect their employees to fulfill. How can you trust leadership that deceives the customer base with products that are not fully tested and are shoved into a client's production system? Management only listens to a problem when the customer reports it in the field, and then an immediate hot fix solution becomes critical........... That is only one example why the Horizon product line suffered. The majority of smart customers have jumped ship to go with Epic and Cerner.

      Cons

      The management and HR department are not to be trusted and do not follow the ICARE principles they preach. Management will work you like a dog, nights, weekends, holidays, pto, chew you up, and then spit you out. Management rotates like a violent F5 tornado storm, causing a path of destruction.

      Pros

      Most managers and supervisors are respectful and helpful. Good company training and benefits.Fair pay.

      Cons

      Will hire contract workers over seasoned employees. As a CSR you are expected to be perfect on every call, constant monitoring. Not fun living under a microscope. Calls can be very stressful. It's a long boring repetitive day. Left due to job burn out.
