Pros

I worked at McKesson for a year and it was a mess, first of all the Operations Manager is a guy that is too soft so supervisors do what they want, they ALWAYS make you work like a dog and they dont care about you and your personal life or health, employees are still going to work infected with covid and they dont care because they are making bonuses everytime a truck leaves on time of the warehouse so be ready to work like a dog and being paid average like any other warehouse and dont even complain about anything because they will start to treat you like the enemy.

Cons

cons are unlimited, if you are white or hispanic you will never be promoted the only ones that have a chance are africans or asian, do not get close to this warehouse if you are gay or lesbian because supervisors are highly homophonic and they will let you know. And also they gonna make you work so damn hard 12 hour shifts from Sunday to Friday walking over 10 miles a day that you will be in bed during Friday all day feeling so much pain, that will make you feel depressed at some point because you will feel that work is the only thing you do and the money you making isnt great... so enjoy!

Pros

It is in healthcare, which should be a pro but not in this environment.

Cons

McKesson's oncology analytics unit Ontada is cancer personified. Ontada's president Susan Shiff is disengaged and its Chief Technology Officer Sagran Moodley is a toxic bully. Ontada's primary strategy now is selling patient data to 3rd parties and Life Sciences companies. The practices and patients that Ontada should be serving get little in the way of effective service. See the other Ontada reviews on Glassdoor for more details. McKesson leadership likes to talk a lot about values, but it should be ashamed of this unit.
