Not good

Pros

Compensation was competitive, and the product/service had potential in the market.

Cons

The workplace culture, especially in the sales division, was extremely unprofessional and at times felt unsafe. Conferences and off-site meetings often included inappropriate behavior that went unchecked by leadership. Boundaries were not respected, and there was a general atmosphere of permissiveness that made it difficult to feel secure or supported. Leadership, particularly at the VP level, fostered a toxic environment through intimidation, favoritism, and dismissiveness. Concerns brought forward were either ignored or met with hostility. HR seemed either overwhelmed or unwilling to address ongoing issues, creating a culture where accountability was lacking.
