Pros

As a case manager, the pay was good and there was opportunity for advancement; however, advancement opportunities seemed to go to those they favored and not really who was qualified.

Cons

I was eventually pushed out because I stood up for another employee who was being verbally abused (in front of everyone) by a supervisor and said supervisor then targeted me. I went to HR a few times and they told me "Yea she's been reported quite a bit," but nothing ever happened to her.

Pros

When production is running smoothly and there's enough employees to handle the workload it's not too bad. Get into the routine of things, do your work, maybe make some friends but don't spend too much time yapping and you'll be fine. They're moving to a new building in November so I'd advise working here once they've moved, old building is dusty. Benefits are great
