Pros

Customer first mentality is driven into everything done within the company. This drive to assist customers across the board gives meaning to the position. I've never felt like a number trying to reach an unrealistic goal. The companies values and how they treat employees is in line with anything an employee could ask for.

Cons

All-employee meetings feel sales and financially driven even though we boast customer first mentality in everything we do. We get a few stories that tell us how our customers are doing but it would be nice to see end results for customer impact.
