      Flex hours, generous PTO, casual dress

      Cons

      Flagrant favoritism, constant backstabbing, low pay, dead end job, they do not promote from within, incompetent management. Management participates in gossip as much as low-level employees.

      large company, a lot of senior people there

      Cons

      treat you like a number. Revenue generating groups, the people who actually do the work and make the profits are treated like back office staff. Unrealistic goals are set because that is the number upper management needs to hit.

      Benefits are good. If you're comfortable in a 9 to 5 corporate environment with no career advancement, you'll be comfortable here.
