Pros

Salary is good for this area. Most of the non-management people have been there a long time and are passionate and friendly.

Cons

For a healthcare company, our benefits are garbage. Very expensive and coverage isn't great. Three competing market segment silos fight each other to get anything into product rather than someone with a unified vision. Ridiculous development process ensures that nothing of real value can make it into a new release. Career growth is nonexistent. Only senior leadership ever changes and they don't promote to those positions from within. Major politics at play within management. Old management being forced out. All new hires seem to be friends of new management rather than people who are qualified for the position.

Pros

Benefits Some senior leaders if you are lucky, I have a great one

Cons

HR , HR management, communication, PAY, HR never takes responsibility they always twist the story, The company states they want to listen to survey, they never do, they take everything out on management, no support, talk is cheap. They like to outsource everything, internal staff get the staff on promotions and pay they want to pay outsiders more

Pros

Some of the training prepared me well for the business; pay was okay to start; Legacy OTN and Cardinal people tried to maintain positive environment; took opportunity to learn business from many different angles; used position to network and gain credibility with customers

Cons

Sweatshop environment - jumbotron-like group of monitors was set up to eternally remind everyone on floor of the numerous calls on hold (real morale-booster); rotating door of bosses/supervisors/managers made it impossible to feel confident in company's vision; office politics rampant; no raise given during tenure
