Pros

401k match is a plus. Health benefits are better than average. Offices are well above average. HQ has cafeteria and work out space including a basketball court and driving range. Lots of great people.

Cons

Convoluted reporting structure. Access to information is unnecessarily difficult. Several different departments/disciplines are projected as an integrated solution but, is actually a silo'ed environment. There's a lack of incentive to partner with other departments. No car allowance. No gas card.

Pros

Great benefits package including a wellness center with a gym and basketball court. Good medical benefit package. Seattle HQ building is very nice to work in with large cubicles, etc. This company provides a wide breadth of services and offerings, and in many ways is a few levels above many of the other area MEP firms.

Cons

The company does not do a good job at all of mentoring staff and providing opportunities for professional growth and career development.
