      A lot of projects to work on and many with great companies like Amazon.

      Work can be slow and the project I was put on was very slow

      Pros

      not very competitive in salary. they keep salaries just like the average market in this field.

      Cons

      I work in Seattle office and we have gym, basketball court, mini gulf on the roof, restaurant, parking garage, free public transportation card, 10% 401k, Great work-life balance. lots of sport classes (yoga, kickboxing, Pilates, cardio, core,...) and personal training with professional traners for $15 a session!

      Pros

      Excellent benefits and great company culture. The people definitely make this company a great place to work. The ability to move vertically or horizontally within the company. Plenty of training to keep everyone safe, but also to help you grow within your career.

      Cons

      Several positions involve a lot of travelling. This is something we were told from day 1 though, so it's not unexpected.
