Pros

I feel that although I'm at a satellite office I have the backing of the whole company in Seattle. My supervisors are good, honest people and are all striving to set each other up for success. It gives the whole atmosphere of a nurturing place to work, which is refreshing.

Cons

The "group share" philosophy of generating bonuses if the whole company is profitable is a bit of a downer. Even though my group and others are overperforming, there are other groups that are underperforming more, which ends up as a net negative, and nobody gets a bonus.

Pros

This company is an open book. They truly believe in what they sell. They are always ready to help you achieve if you are willing and have a positive attitude.

Cons

The only thing I will say is they are headquartered in a very expensive market. The housing market is challenging. That said, negotiating compensation is a must, but don't get me wrong they are fair in their compensation.
