Pros

People first organization Looks for long term customer relationships as opposed to "transactional" projects Beginning large focus on career development and growing organically

Cons

Holding people accountable is improving but could be better Can sometimes focus too much on the next big thing while forgetting the fundamentals

Pros

Bright, Talented, Young-ish, Hard working teams. Great benefits. Great place to intern and learn about sales, business and engineering.

Cons

Mid-level management... cannot walk the talk; knows the latest buzz words, focused on being PC and landing the next project versus knowing project risks and being a leader that makes hard decision to report bad news.
