Very smart, industry-leading business model - integrated services and delivery. Awesome CEO! Great people - smart, committed, very hard working. Uber-cool environment at Seattle hdqtrs - gym, deli, driving range (...!!!) Committment to maintaining and enriching the culture as company grows and matures.

Cons

Tolerance of silos and siloed-behavior prevent full execution of strong business model. Lack of standards and accountability result in inconsistent project execution; unpredictable margins. Measurement and rewards don't reinforce strategic or tactical priorities. Company struggles to embrace the organizational sophistication necessary for growth while preserving the best aspects of entreprenurial zeal.

Great people, great vision. CEO walks the talk.

Cons

Incompetent managers are promoted. Culture has declined in the last 5 years. They've put profit ahead of their people. No cost of living increases since 2008. Very few employees have received raises or bonuses for the last 3 years in a row - even though the company has had record profits.
