Pros

Wonderful facility amenities for employee's to use and enjoy, highly talented people, innovative leader in MEDP.

Cons

Employee's are looked down on for taking advantage of facility amenities, work-life balance doesn't exist anymore for many departments, infighting for sales between departments since each are considered profit centers, employees are just numbers now unless you are in management, no loyalty to tenured employees unless you are management.

Pros

Provided some nice benefits and training.

Cons

Didn't value their employees and thought since this was a depressed community they could pay less. You had to be a part of the union.

Pros

Great fringe bennies!!! Free coffee and tea bar with upscale coffee. On site cafe/grill with great healthy options and prices comparable to offsite eateries. Lavish employee parties 3 or 4 times per year. Golf range on roof top. Full court basketball court and full amenity work out center with showers, free towels, hair dryer, shampoo, the works. Available fitness coach for hire. Owner very and approachable, envolved with employees and a good chance he knows your name. Always on Seattle Magazine's Best Places to work top 5 list.

Cons

Low moral in Engineering department. Cad Professional positions, which are their CAD drafting positions, are 2D cad only with no future potential work in 3D. Jr engineers are given opportunity to train on Revit 3D software before Cad Professionals. Design department positions, which work in 3D software, only fill from former HVAC field installers, my guess something to do with their union.
