Pros

Their facility is great including the Cafeteria. Location is easy to get to.

Cons

Management wasn't honest about anything. I wouldn't trust them.

You became a just a number. Work was not a fun place. The managers did the opposite of what Dean Allen preached. Dean would be horrified at what really went on

In the midst of "growing up" pains

Pros

Some of the brightest, nicest people you'll ever have the privilege of working with are here. They've built a really modern, bright, fun working environment, unexpected in the middle of the industrial area, including a gym, complete with trainer, a bistro with a varied menu, and wine bar that enjoys frequent use for internal functions.

Cons

This is a large company that was established over 50 years ago, so you would expect process and procedures, and some level of organization. I am constantly amazed at the lack of basic documentation and functionality necessary for a company of this magnitude to operate, and the lack of follow through to change this.
