- Nice office - Surprisingly delicious and affordable cafeteria (I know, who knew that existed?) - good location - some people very nice - great upper leadership

Cons

- Pay mediocre at best - Some people very mean - If you don't have an MBA or degree in an engineering or construction management field, opportunities for movement vertically or laterally are limited.

Great Company, needs better Oregon management

This is a very old Seattle based company that has an incredible executive management team that is very people oriented and truly cares about its employees.

Cons

They brought in "big wigs" to the Portland and Hillsboro West side offices who are driving it into the ground. Some bad decisions and poor management are causing them to lose large jobs and great employees.
