Pros

Hybrid schedule. Deliver high quality work. Develop strong technical skills and project management skills. Trainings avaliable through company portal. ERGs are an important part of the company. Act on values more than other companies I've been at. Ability to move internally for your career.

Cons

Each department can be ran so different. Lack of oversight from C- Suite to departments to see if they are truly uplifting McKinstry mission and vision. People get over worked. Managers might be very supportive but leadership about them for the department can stump your growth tremendously.
