I work with some really great people. They are very friendly, helpful, and caring.

Cons

The benefits are lacking. The health insurance has a high deductible and does not cover very many procedures. More medications should be covered. The retirement match is ridiculous.

McLeod is a large employer who pays decent for the area.

Cons

McLeod only cares about employees who are in director or higher roles. If you do not hold one of these titles, there are few benefits for you beside the standard PTO time. You also do not receive paid holidays, you can either use your PTO time for holidays or choose to be off with no pay. Be sure to read the policies as well, if you don't you will run into a lot of surprises regarding your departure from McLeod.
