      Pros

      the crew was wounderful. the work was easy. the teamwork was phenomenal. we were treated like professionals always. our input was carefully considered. flexible hours and good pto. I learned a lot working here.

      Cons

      best salary for a entry level employee in florence, but don't expect a big raise unless you get a promotion. lots of opportunities for promotions though. you need flexible daycare to get this job because you work every other weekend.

      Pros

      The organization enjoys a good reputation in the Pee Dee area. The pay is reasonable. I enjoyed my co-workers and had adequate supplies to do my job.

      Cons

      This organization does not appear to respect or appreciate " midlevel providers" ---most notifications and paperwork refers to "doctor" as opposed to "providers". The organization advertises for their doctors but does not give nurse practitioner the same advertisement.
