Pros

Decent benefits, good coworkers. It's good to have your foot in the door since McLeod is buying up everything

Cons

Pay is terrible for the work required. Number of patients assigned to each tech is overwhelming on a good day. Lack of equipment doesn't help matters. Micromanagement needs to stop. Lunch? If you're lucky, and don't expect to get your full 30 minutes most days.

You will run across people who think you are out to get them, you will see things that will make you look at life a little different

Small tight nit hospital with great patient care. Opportunities are given to voice your opinions or concerns for a better work environment.

Cons

Currently expanding and with growth staff is limited. Parts of hospital will not be ready for the expansion for another year.
