      Pros

      I started off working as an Certified Nursing Assistant, Unit Secretary, now I'm a Register Admission clerk .I been at McLeod Health in the ER for the past 10 years I love the people I work with and I enjoy the patients that I talk to on a day to day basis

      Cons

      The lunch break is too early and the staffing is short handed no one seems to stay long.

      Pros

      As they will tell you constantly "mcleod looks great on a resume", which I suppose it does. Though half the time it feels like they're telling you to find something better if you're unhappy. Vacation time is not a problem in my position. Autonomy in my position.

      Cons

      "There's 100 people who would take your job". Takes a lot to get fired but they let you know you're expendable. Pay is terrible if you're not high executive or healthcare side. Put on fake "parties" to raise morale but most see through it. Love to find BS reasons why employees are unhappy so they don't have to address fact that it's the low pay. Meanwhile higher-ups get Christmas bonuses larger than their employees yearly salaries. Huge, huge disconnect between upper management and the majority of employees.

      Salary. Benefits. Working with lazy people who don't care what you do

      Cons

      Lazy doctors, ignorant patients, unresponsive management. Being recruited to move from Arizona to South Carolina for a high quality job and working at a low quality clinic, alone, in a poor, dangerous rural (DILLON) area of South Carolina.
