Lots of travel nurses. (They are great, however, once they leave the holes they filled are now empty)

They will work with your schedule if you are in nursing school

Cons

Pay is not competitive, staff is always short. Do not always sup p supplies that you need. Management does not have your back. High turnover rate amongst staff and travel staff
