Too heavy in vps and management which reflects in pay to the employees. Nursing and staff and Mrs are paid well but not others

Clean nice hospital. Compassionate staff for the most part. I enjoy my job.

Cons

Management is not fair with schedule as many employees are per diem. Favoritism definitely takes place with scheduling of the per diem. The hours are not fairly distributed, not even by seniority.
