I feel fairly treated and like my role makes a difference. I love my work family.

Cons

"Good ol boy" network is alive, well, and ongoing. Very, very slow to adjust to modern working norms. For example, men that aren't in the C suite were able to ditch ties only a few years ago. Flexibility varies per work area (department). IT has such a tight grip on "security" that it is sometimes impossible to complete work tasks.

Pay is not competitive if you're not a doctor or high level admin. Some departments are poorly run. High turnover rates.
