Pros

The company as an excellent brand, is very well capitalized (private, tons of money), has good benefits, great pay, and at many levels is a smart place to work.

Cons

The division between hourly and salaried workers is stark and unbreachable, the 'management training program' bringing young kids straight from top undergraduate programs to attempt to manage groups of employees is relatively ill-conceived (ATL location).

Pros

Good Pay, Cafeteria, and great Benefits

Cons

All the good pay and great benefits means absolutely nothing if you feel like committing suicide while you are there, and a worthless peasant when you get home. You are treated like scum by management (which is their job to do specifically), and they demoralize you with every word that comes out of their mouth. They expect you to work 110 mph all day everyday except for when you are on your break. Don't let the nice building and nice lunchroom fool you like it fooled me. If you want to sell your soul, get treated like crap, and feel like you're in a sweatshop, than this is the company for you.
