After nearly 4 years, I've found Mead & Hunt to be an excellent place to work and grow. I love that we are employee-owned, and I feel it come across in our work culture. I always am met with support for continuous learning opportunities and when I bring new ideas to the table. The company seeks out employee input and takes action on it. Work life balance is respected, and I work with incredibly smart and capable people. I plan to be at Mead & Hunt for a long time.

Mead & Hunt’s employee‑owned culture makes a real difference — you can feel that people genuinely care about one another and about the work we do. I even find myself using “does that make sense” in my day‑to‑day conversations, because collaboration and clarity are so ingrained here. It’s refreshing to be part of an environment where communication, respect, and shared purpose aren’t just slogans, but daily practice. I’m excited to contribute to Mead & Hunt’s future growth.
