      Management uses 'lack of work' as a blanket excuse for layoffs, even when project volume is high and the remaining team is left underwater. Expect to see your productive colleagues let go under false pretenses while their work is redistributed to you. If you like gas lighting? This place is just for you! Upper management is deaf and blind, and middle management don’t get held accountable often.
