Pros

Excellent, employee-centric culture, Very open about the companies financial health and direction, Core priorities are employee's satisfaction and client service.

Cons

The commitment to maintaining a culture of core values and customer service can make the interview process a little more competitive than with other firms but if you make it through the rewards certainly make it worth it.

Pros

I've been working since graduating college 37 years ago and this is the BEST place I've ever worked! Every person is valued and encouraged to contributed in the ways that best fit for them. It's such a positive and helpful workplace where everyone works together and enjoys what they do. There is no fighting between business units for work or withholding resources for a preferred client. Everyone has fun and celebrates success no matter where it happens. I love the opportunities to explore different clients or different markets, and also love the learning and development opportunities available to everyone at all levels.

Cons

I can't think of any. We are growing fast and that means growing pains, but it's very effectively handled. Oh, it's cold in Wisconsin - I guess that's a con.
