Pros

This is by far the best company I've ever worked for and I plan to stay here until I retire. The company motto, "Do the right thing, take care of people and do what makes sense" is embodied by everyone across the corporation from the CEO on down. Our CEO visits every office in the country and sits down with staff and discusses whatever is on everyone's mind. Regular check-in meetings with teams and management let everyone pitch in suggestions and ideas and ALL input is valued and listened to. They know how to balance providing excellent services to clients while valuing the employees and deliver it. Can't say enough good things.

Mead & Hunt is a very supportive, innovative, and entrepreneurial company. I've worked here for over 4 years and the flexibility and freedom to do your job is incredible. Management is supportive and always open to new suggestions. The opportunity to become a stockholder is very unique as well.

This by far the best firm I have ever worked with and became a part of. When do you ever sit at the table with the CEO and president of the company and dialogue about your interest above company’s profit? Mead & Hunt has offered the greatest work environment I actually be ever experienced. Putting people first, doing the right thing and doing what makes since, it no wonder Mead & Hunt has strived, survive with stability for over a century. I grateful to be one of their employees. Mead & Hunt take care of people not just words but a reality.
