Many great people to work with, dedicated and professional. Depending upon the department, good teamwork and project management.

Cons

Several departments are very top heavy with little chance for advancement. Work between departments is hit and miss.

Pros

My time as a summer intern was a good experience for me and solidified my desire to become an engineer. Mead and Hunt had a good culture and a positive work atmosphere.

Cons

I spent part of my time doing mindless administrative tasks in the office, which is to be expected as an intern. The rest of my time was spent in the field, which required long and grueling hours.
