Pros

The people, the culture, the exciting work, the flexibility and the benefits. I have been here for over 11 years, and have enjoyed every day. It is challenging, but exciting and the co-workers are professional and thoughtful. I only wish I would have discovered them earlier in my career.

Cons

There are few that I know of. I have worked at several other firms and none hold a candle to Mead & Hunt. Truly!

Flexibility, and they seem desperate for help so they bend over backwards to keep you around

Cons

IT is extremely overbearing HR is stuck in 2006, expect everyone to be on board using crappy antiquated softwares There are too many folks with gray hair in charge

Pros

I don't think this company has missed a payroll. I think there are some very good people here, other than leadership, HR, or other corporate staff.

Cons

I did not like it here. Too corporate and political IMO. It was very difficult for me to work as an engineer at this company. IMO the culture is driven solely by what is said rather than what is done. I saw a lot of "management and meetings". For me the experience was quite Orwellian. I decided to save my own spirit and leave before I lost all sense of worth.
