      I wish I had applied to MCI years earlier!

      Pros

      Relaxed work environment. Management truly appreciates employees. Good 401k match. ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program), Great bosses who understand work / life balance. I even recommended MCI to a friend who was a former co-worker. He's now also at MCI and we are working together again!

      Family environment, excellent leadership, employee ownership, plenty of room to learn and grow!!

      Workload can be demanding and stressful at times due to being short staffed.
